We are seeking a Customer Data Strategy Manager like you to join our team. You will be responsible to present data in varying formats on a regular basis and ensure you and your team are consistently improving the quality and ease of which data is available for our sales and leadership communities. You will also define and establish data quality metrics, process and framework guidance, and provide recommendations on how to continuously refine and refresh data strategies based on current industry trends, best practices, and business goals. You will manage the CRM System and ECR Data Hub, including system maintenance, programing, upgrades and improving functionality. You will also liaise with teams to lay the foundation for an analytics environment by guiding data architects on strategy and approach and support the team in setting up and managing reporting, dashboards and other digital tools.

Expertise in data science or computer science is essential for developing well-formed data strategy for our business as we design and implement digital solutions designed to collect valuable data regarding customers, prospects, and market trends so that we can optimize data collection, data quality/cleanliness, and query capabilities to unleash the power of this information for the growth and success of our business.
Capture and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and present clear, concise and appropriate communication to senior management, business partners, and peers on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset will be essential as you drive communication, transparency, and governance of data assets across the organization.
Demonstrated experience managing technology driven teams and strong collaboration with software engineering and architecture teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans that result in product delivery on time and on budget. Three to five years expertise.
Technical expertise in data analytics, business analysis, BI, etc. working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI.
Proficiency with databases (e.g. SQL server database) and exposure to a data intensive environment.
