We are seeking a professional like you to carry out hands-on product performance testing on personal care ingredients and product formulations in the field of home and personal care, with a focus on biological actives for skin care products and performance ingredients for hair care. In this role, you will conduct in vivo clinical research and in vitro physical testing using state-of-art instrumentation, collect, organize and analyze clinical/physical testing data using Excel or statistical software, assist in new method development and new instrumentation set up, and provide technical support to internal/external customers when needed.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your education in Science or Engineering and/or your R&D experience in the personal care or health care industry , you will flawlessly execute clinical testing in the clinical research center following clinical test protocol on human volunteers and conduct physical testing using varied instrumentation according to SOP.
Utilizing your hands-on experience with clinical research on human volunteers and/or instrumentation for physical testing, you will be responsible for writing study protocol, working with the Panel Coordinator for panelist recruitment and study execution.
Demonstrating your solid understanding of data and statistical analysis principles, you will be responsible for data collection from experiments/studies and data analysis.
Working independently with your keen attention to detail, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining instruments to ensure highest quality for clinical/physical study execution.
