Where the ChemistryHappens
Coordinates and distributes the work activities and/or distribution efforts of the admixture distribution group. The Distribution Coordinator will conduct daily shipping scheduling, administer material transfers, be the primary site contact and perform clerical/administrative duties within designated areas of responsibility. In addition, the Distribution Coordinator will work with Distribution Operator when requested and/or the business necessitates. As a Distribution Operator the incumbent will work with both inbound and outbound materials.
Responsible for building security
Coordinates work flow and distribution effortsof designated group.
Responsible for procurement of merchandise goodsand finished goods transfers.
Maintains shipping documentation.
Administrative responsibilities include but arenot limited to cycle counting, inventory control, material receipt and finishedproduct shipping, customer returns, and accounts payable.
Will be a primary contact for admixture businessfor the location.
Responsible for implementation of bulk truckloading procedure.
Coordinates EH&S activities as designated bythe Admixture Operation Manager.
Responsible for wash water recycle and equipmentcalibration programs.
Responsible for training and record keepingwithin area of responsibility.
The position requires the ability to operate aforklift to load and/or materials and finished products.
Responsible for loading bulk trucks and packagedgoods with finished products when appropriate.
Conducts program/SOP development.
Conducts basic and/or routine mechanical repairsand troubleshooting.
Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
Follow all appropriate Environmental Protection,Safety, Health and Quality (ESHQ) policies.
Wears prescribed Personal Protective equipmentand ensures that prescribed safeguards are properly used.
Coordinate loading schedule with load plannersand local dedicated carrier terminal manager.
The individual must be able to lift to 50 poundsthroughout the shift.
Use of SAP ERP system.
You will solve simple math problems, , -, x, /,to accurately record chemical additions, lot numbers, record meter readings.
