We are seeking a professional like you to maintain alignment between the site TES organization and the business unit as to goals, objectives, strategies and initiatives. In this role, you will obtain, assign and lead resources to perform routine, extraordinary and turnaround maintenance activities. You will be accountable for maintenance decisions in support of plant reliability and availability. Additionally, you will obtain, assign, and lead resources to manage and execute capital and expense projects.
Leveraging youreducation in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and your workexperience in an industrial setting, you will manage PSM and ProcessInformation systems to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance.
Yourdemonstrated experience in managing large projects will be a valued assetas you champion adherence to Technical Community standards related tocapital projects and ensure that projects and maintenance activities areperformed in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.You will also ensurethat projects meet functionality, cost and scheduling expectations andreport and communicate status of projects and any variances from statedexpectations.
Your strongcommitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) will be vital as youseek compliance with all EH&S requirements and provide leadership thatpromotes a safe working environment.
We will rely uponyour leadership experience as you implement the High-PerformanceOrganization within the TES team through training, coaching, evaluatingperformance, administering compensation programs, supporting careerdevelopment opportunities and succession planning.
Demonstrating yourstrong business acumen, you will formulate and manage the maintenancebudget in consultation with the business and site leadership and ensurespending controls through appropriate tracking, forecasting andadjustments.
Successfullyengaging across the business, you will work with business and siteleadership to formulate and execute the capital strategy.Additionally, you will forecast overall capital spending as required bybusiness unit.
Your keenattention to detail will be a valued asset as you review all ProjectObjective Memorandums (POM) before final approval and perform technicalreviews on all projects less than $300K.
Your strongorganizational skills will be essential as you ensure proper documentationof files, records, databases and drawings to meet regulatory and BASFrequirements, and maintain current requirements as to equipment/materialspecifications and vendor preferences.
Your commitment tocontinuous improvement and efficiency will benefit you as you championadherence to Technical Community best maintenance practices as well as tocontinuous work process improvements to enhance plant availability andreduce plant repair factor. You will also track all key maintenanceKPIs in support of maintaining work processes, plant availability andmaintenance costs.
