Where the Chemistry Happens

As a Sales Representative for Performance Materials (PM)’s Industrial Business, your focus is to grow and manage your sales territory through maximizing existing business and identifying new growth accounts. You will be responsible for pursuing new leads, establishing and nurturing strong relationships, identifying customer needs, managing projects, and price/contract negotiations to achieve our business goals.

Formula for Success

  • Your experience in sales, marketing, or application development in Polyurethanes (TPU & PU Systems) will serve you well as you develop and grow your territory.

  • Utilizing your ability to establish and nurture relationships will enable you to become a trusted business partner with new contacts and customers.

  • Leveraging your knowledge of value selling, you will develop business proposals that will satisfy customer’s needs while maximize our profitability.

  • You will develop account plans to map out the growth strategies for the customers and target accounts within your territory.

  • Using your critical thinking skills to navigate challenges will enable you to clearly understand complex situations and develop creative business solutions.

  • Your superior communication skills will serve you well as you align andbalance the voice of the customer with the goals of the business.

  • Demonstrating your abilities as a ‘team player’ will position you to quickly build your network with internal support functions and teams which are critical to your success.
